I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was!! The property is so beautifully decorated and so wonderfully stocked that we felt right at home!! The location is perfect! It is steps from the beach or pool, super close to any necessities (groceries, restaurants), but yet somehow perfectly serene! Communicating with the host was a breeze (as was check in and check out)! Everyone in our group raved about the property! Will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved it! It was the perfect spot for a girls' getaway. The place was amazing—super clean, well-maintained, and had unbeatable ocean views. The beach was gorgeous, and the condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked, the living area was perfect for relaxing, and the beds were very comfortable. It was exactly as described! Our host was super helpful and always quick to communicate. We even had coffee k-cup pods and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. Highly recommend staying at Easy Breezy—we’re already looking forward to our next visit! Cannot wait to go back!

Months later and my kids are asking to go back! The location was amazing, short walk to the beach, amenities on point. We overpacked to say the least, but that’s a great problem. We arrived to a welcome basket that was perfect after an eleven hour drive. It was our first vacation as a blended family of 5. Boys claimed the bunk beds and had a week of fun sleepovers! We had a view of the ocean, the pool all from the balcony. Morning coffee out there was perfect medicine. Eleanor was amazing as a host! Never skipped a beat and was there for whatever we threw her way. I can’t thank the hosts enough. Our kids being up this trip daily and we will be back for sure.

Easy Breezy is the perfect name!! From the easy booking process, open communication with the owners, it is hasslefree breezy process. Cleanliness is a big thing for me in rental properties and this property was a 10 out of 10. I want to be comfortable and feel like home away from home. Only this home away from home is better because of the amazing Ocean just a few steps away. Every day consisted of setting up on the beach, a wonderful lunch in the condo, afternoon pool time, and back to the beach for sunset. Not to mention the grocery store and fabulous restaurants are just around the corner. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is nothing that you could ask for that isn’t already there. plenty of beach, chairs, and even a great wagon to roll them down to the beach. The only thing that you could want here is more time here!

We visited Easy Breezy for a girls weekend getaway, and the name perfectly describes it. Everything was Easy for our stay. The walk to the beach was easy...right outside the door. The condo was great, comfortable and had everything we needed. From the front door, we could watch the sun rise, and with a short walk to the beach, we could watch the sunset. There were plenty of restaurants available as well as a grocery store. On a rainy day, we enjoyed a few mile drive to the charming town of Southport. It was perfect! We will definitely be going back again.

My sister and I had a great time! The Villa was so cozy and welcoming! The location was outstanding. It was Steps away from the beach and it was convenient to Southport. Hope to visit again very soon.

We loved our time here. So close to the beach and chairs and wagon provided! Super comfortable beds and living space. We couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was a nice add. Beautiful view. Thanks for the wonderful week.

Easy Breezy is the perfect name for this rental. This is our 2nd time staying and it is hard to find a better place. The unit is great for our small family and has everything you could want for a hassle free week at the beach. We will be back again.

This is our second trip to Oak Island & condo and hopefully not our last. The condo has everything needed inside and out for a fun & relaxing beach getaway. No need to over pack because it’s all there; just like the VRBO description shows. Can’t beat the close proximity to beach and town. We were a family of 6 and had plenty of room. Our first time there for 4th of July week and had no issues with crowds. Just wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of one. Host was amazing; super responsive & helpful. Other guests staying at condo were very friendly & respectful too.

This was the most perfect beach trip ever! We have always stayed in a more crowded beach and wanted something a little more secluded. This was it! The condo was clean upon arrival with no check in needed. The view was perfect, and I could still hear the ocean while we ate every meal on the deck. The beds were comfortable too! The added bonus was the use of the storage area. Not as much sand in the condo! My daughter enjoyed the pool too. And the owners were super quick with responses to any questions we had. We will definitely be back again! This was an amazing place and perfect vacation!
